Born in Russia and raised in New York City, Vera Loulou moved to Paris to pursue her gastronomic dreams as well as to meet the city's most renowned chefs. She loves to cook her heart out, fusing haute cuisine techniques with regional traditions and adding her own unique twists. Vera also hosts a podcast series "Breaking Bread with Vera Loulou" for "74Escape, exploring food as an expression of cultural identity and a portal into the world, with talented chefs and experts from all over the globe.
