Nothing is more important to Misela than you; our faithful and valued client. We want to reward you from the very start, so alongside your first purchase (however big or small), we will enroll you in our membership program 'MisLoyal', instantly receiving points off your next purchase. Your ‘MisLoyal’ points will accumulate on all future orders.

 

What is MisLoyal?

• MisLoyal is Misela’s personalised loyalty programme where you earn points on your purchases. 

• You will earn 10 percent points from your every purchase to be spent on your next purchases.

How do I join MisLoyal?

• You will automatically join MisLoyal Membership program when you shop with us.

  • • If you are an existing website customer, you can access your MisLoyal points under My Account. 

  • • If you are an existing boutique customer, you can access your MisLoyal points by creating an account with the same email in our system and your points will be uploaded to in 24 hours.

 

How do I know my MisLoyal Points?

  • • Stay up-to-date, you can see your available MisLoyal Points directly in the MisLoyal tab under My Account.

  • • Your MisLoyal points will be updated every 24 hours. 

 

How do I earn MisLoyal Points?

  • • You will earn 1 MisLoyal Point for every 1TL/£1/$1 to be spent online and in Misela stores. You will not earn points on the value of any shipping, tax, duty or associated fees.

  • • Earned MisLoyal Points will show in My Account within 24 hours of placing your order. As MisLoyal Points are only awarded on completed purchases, points are confirmed after 30 days, minus the value of points for any returned items. Please note, you will not earn MisLoyal Points on purchases of gift cards.

 

What can I do with my MisLoyal Points?

  • • You can use your MisLoyal Points on your next purchase at Misela.

 

What happens to my MisLoyal Points when I return an item or cancel an order?

  • • If you decide to return or cancel an entire order, your MisLoyal Points for that order will not be processed. 

  • • If you return or cancel part of your order, the MisLoyal Points for those items will be deducted. MisLoyal Points for items you didn’t return will be confirmed after the returns period has passed.

 

How do I use my available MisLoyal Points?

  • • You can see your available MisLoyal Points directly in The MisLoyal tab under My Account. 

  • • You are also able to view and use your available MisLoyal Points at the shopping bag during checkout. 

  • • Please make sure you have opted in to receive emails about the MisLoyal to receive updates and information about your MisLoyal Points.
