Delivery Policy - Once we have received your payment, we will send your order confirmation via e-mail. - The Pre-Order items will be produced after your purchase and will be ready to ship in the estimated delivery time as stated on the product detail page. - The items that are in stock will be processed and shipped in two business days. - Once we ship your order, you will receive an email with the tracking number. - For domestic orders, our delivery takes 1-5 business days. - For international orders, our delivery takes 2-10 business days. - Misela is not responsible for any import duties, clearance fees or brokerage fees including any other additional charges for international shipments. Payment of these amounts will be necessary to release your order from customs on arrival.
Exchange & Return Policy - We are pleased to accept timely exchanges/returns of unused and undamaged items within 14 days from the date you received your order. However we don’t offer free return service. - Your items must be returned in the original packaging, including any signature packaging materials. - Items purchased from the online store can be exchanged at our stores. - Custom monogrammed items cannot be exchanged nor returned except for incorrect or faulty items. - Once you purchase a customizable item, it can not be monogramed after receiving the actual item. - We will email you when we receive your return and reimburse the cost of the returned items once we inspect the condition of the goods. - To arrange an exchange or return, please contact us at customercare@miselaistanbul.com or +90 212 292 2844.
